David Lynch is best known as a director, but it was the paintings he made in Philadelphia as a young art student that gave him the idea to make his first film.  He inspires me to take risk and over come obstacles. Usually all it takes is one small situation to plateau you into your life's calling.

Damn, You Talk To Much

We've all dealt with a person who just wont stop talking. Trust me i know. Wondering how to get out of the situation? Heres How!

This can be a tedious task but no need to freak out.  Simply excuse yourself and give a valid reason for leaving. Emergencies always works or  even stating that you have a prior engagement to attend.  Be aware of your foot position. If your feet is slightly turned away from the individual you are talking to, it is a dead give away that you were done with the conversation 5 min ago. Although if the person notices, it could help you to disengage

Gents, Treat your clothes with respect and they’ll look new longer. Investing in wooden hangers for your closet and not those cheap plastic ones that bend and break, will allow the spacing of your clothes to not be cluttered.  Similarly, when packing your bags for a business trip or a holiday, you can avoid arriving with wrinkled garments if you fold clothes properly and neatly instead of bundling them into a ball and shoving them into your suitcase. A Well Polished Frame

You really are what you eat and for most of us we eat too damn much. I'm all for eating a few slices of red velvet cake and washing it down with soda and not milk, but lets face it to much of a good thing, can be a bad thing.  Some ladies like a bit of a tummy on their man and others enjoy gym buffs with rock hard abs. Which ever category you fall into, you still must be contentious of what you fuel your inner system with. Fatty foods can be damaging to your liver No woman wants a sluggish, weak minded man who sits around getting fat and playing video games. I'm no gym buff by any means, but I do attend my local gym regularly simply to stay in shape and to clear my mind. The plus side is that I look good in my custom suits and euro styled closet items. This is the key Gents, when you eat right your body feels good and you look good, which then allows you to own your sex appeal.

Here are a few Healthy Options:

BREAKFAST

whole-grain bagel or muffin, a hard-boiled egg, yogurt and add some fruit in your bag and take it with you to work.

SNACK 

BANANA SPLIT PROTEIN SHAKE

¼-½ packet of sugar-free vanilla or chocolate Carnation instant breakfast
½ banana
2 cubes of fresh pineapple or 1 slice canned pineapple in its own juice

The Cool is around the Corner

In today's society woman have evolved to be very distinguished and are holding what use to be male dominant roles.  Males in today's society have become lazy, the same, self centered, promiscuous, and less desired. Fear not because the urban gentleman who is well groomed and polished is around the corner. We as men need to rise up to the standards our woman are demanding us to hold.

Wine in its Simplest form

Knowing your wine  is extremely important.  Know your reds and whites. More specifically know the type of wine that your significant other enjoys. This will allow for a pleasant evening and great conversation.

To keep your options simple, when choosing a red wine go for a Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine blends well with a Shiraz and pairs well with all types of meats. A must have bottle of wine is a Pinot Noir.  Nothing less than a $30 bottle in my experience is worth the time of day. Anything under this price point for a bottle of Noir is flavored like cardboard. P.S. Merlot is a thing of the past. If you intend to purchase a bottle of white wine, go for a bottle of Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio. Woman love white wine because it tends to be sweat. Imagine yourself in a park on a beautiful day conversing over a few delectables and a fine bottle of wine reading this blog. 

Before I leave you to go do some purchasing, a perfect dessert wine is a Moscato or Zinfandel. Moscato wines tend to be very sweat in taste and light bodied and White Zinfandel is an off-dry to sweet, pink-colored wine.

The Corny Bow Tie is so fly

The bow tie puts you out there. Are you bold enough? Want to stand and and be noticed?  Be a gentleman and take the bow tie seriously. The key to wearing a bowtie is owning it and not allowing it to own you. The great thing about fashion and being a gentelman with fashion sense is the ability to not be normal or conform to group think.
