A Well Polished Frame

You really are what you eat and for most of us we eat too damn much. I'm all for eating a few slices of red velvet cake and washing it down with soda and not milk, but lets face it to much of a good thing, can be a bad thing.  Some ladies like a bit of a tummy on their man and others enjoy gym buffs with rock hard abs. Which ever category you fall into, you still must be contentious of what you fuel your inner system with. Fatty foods can be damaging to your liver No woman wants a sluggish, weak minded man who sits around getting fat and playing video games. I'm no gym buff by any means, but I do attend my local gym regularly simply to stay in shape and to clear my mind. The plus side is that I look good in my custom suits and euro styled closet items. This is the key Gents, when you eat right your body feels good and you look good, which then allows you to own your sex appeal.

Here are a few Healthy Options:

BREAKFAST

whole-grain bagel or muffin, a hard-boiled egg, yogurt and add some fruit in your bag and take it with you to work.

SNACK 

BANANA SPLIT PROTEIN SHAKE
1 scoop of Any whey protein powder
¼-½ packet of sugar-free vanilla or chocolate Carnation instant breakfast
½ banana
2 cubes of fresh pineapple or 1 slice canned pineapple in its own juice
1-2 strawberries fresh or frozen
3 ice cubes

LUNCH

Grilled Chicken Salad
Grilled Chicken
or Tuna Salad

DINNER

Fish (Salmon, Tilapia)
Served with a Potato and veggies 
or Pasta
